Since 2001, DLBA Robotics, Ltd. has provided CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled)
machined patterns, plugs and limited production molds for use in a broad
spectrum of markets within the composites industry. Our milling envelope is
88 feet long, 16 feet wide, and 10 feet high, though production of larger parts
is possible and commonly executed by the machining of multiple pieces that can
be assembled into a single pattern exceeding 200 feet in length. Large composite
patterns are assembled and then broken down for shipping to the customer’s destination.
