  • DLBA Robotics has a machining envelope 82 feet (25 meters) long, 15 feet (4.5 meters) wide, and 9.5 feet (2.9 meters) tall.

 

  • Plugs or molds larger than this volume may be bonded together before final surface finishing.

  • Our facility is a 16,000 square foot (1500 square meters) warehouse with a door 33 feet (10 meters) wide and 30 feet (9.1 meters) tall.

  • Our largest project (by volume) to date was a plug for a 70-foot sportfishing boat.

  • Our largest project (by length) is a 116 foot (35.3 meter) limited production mold for the aerospace industry. 

  • We can also do small part molds and plugs and have on our list a center console for fishing boats, and limited production molds for golf carts.
